In 1991, Kevin and David stood side by side in a kitchen, in the Berkshires, after honing their skills in celebrated venues in NYC.
Their idea was simple: provide high quality, prepared food for people to bring back to their own homes. Create specialty prepared foods that you would find in a restaurant to be shared at home. We offer hand crafted food with heart and soul, combined with the finest locally sourced ingredients. We are the original farm-to-table food business in the Berkshires. Fifteen years later, Doug —another chef hailing from the fires of urban kitchens— joined the ranks.
Today, we offer two cafés, a restaurant, specialty prepared foods, high-end catering and Café-to-Go — all brought to you by three chefs and their families.
